Jaana’s passion for helping others reach their potential transformed into working with others in their journey to recovery. Over the last 7 years, she has fostered her leadership skills and knowledge base to work effectively within the addiction treatment industry developing collaborative relationships built on organic and strategic business development.
Using a collaborative and innovative approach, she has served as an integral part of many teams to build business and relationships with like-minded individuals to bring the best care to clients and their families.
Jaana has held various leadership titles including Director of Admissions and Marketing, Director of Client Services, Quality and Compliance, Court Services Liaison, Program Manager, and Alumni Referral Relations Manager. Through her work, Jaana has played an integral role in advocating for ethical and sound treatment through her involvement with NAATP. For years, Jaana has supported a non-profit, New Directions for Women in helping women and children receive treatment, a story very close to her own path and heart (an alum of NDFW). Jaana has also recently collaborated with Sesame Street in raising awareness to addiction and recovery within the home where her family was featured in online content on their Sesame in Communities platform. She can also be seen in several major publications including Cosmopolitan, E! News, Rolling Stone, Nightly News, Good Morning America, Daily News, and many more for her advocacy work and involvement in the Parental Addiction initiative efforts.
